NGC Certified to MS 62, toned with considerable underlying luster.  Overstruck on Colonial Spainish colonial 8 reales coin from Peru. Obverse: "VII" from FERDIN VII is boldly visible 11:00, top of king's laureate head is seen 1:00 to 2:00, "D" from DEI is seen at 2:00. Reverse: Assayer's initials, "J.P.", are uniquely associated with Lima from 1810 to 1824 and are boldly visible reverse 10:00, top of crown from 11:00 to 1:00, and Spainish Shield and pillars in center.
