
Gymnastics Strength Programming - Month #5
What's new? The Fifth month continues the format of the first three months but is more varied and fun. In this month we do a lot of circuits for time. You will be going full out on a exercise (with perfect form) for 40 seconds and then resting of 20 Seconds then moving onto a different exercise. This type of workout is done for the first three weeks. It is a harder than the other months, but at this point, you are ready for it! The fourth week is a repeat of week 1's fourth week. Hopefully you took notes so you can compare how much stronger/easier it is for you. Once again all these new exercises have videos that are available by just clicking the text in the programming. What does this document/ programming include? I took a long time to develop this programming - almost 30 years!
