OP024: Cylindropuntia leptocaulis (short-spined form) COLD HARDY CACTUS

This Christmas Tree Cholla cactus has a very thin, twiggy stems in a mass of short-med spines. Green flowers followed by red fruit. 2-4 feet high and wide. Zone 5. This form from Davis Mountains, Texas (Heacock).  Sold as 2.5" pot. Plant this with OP118 Cylindropuntia leptocaulis (Long Spined Form) to provide good pollination.  This will ensure a heavy fruit set on the plant.
