South African Rooibos Loose-leaf

Rooibos means "red bush", plant native to South Africa. Has green, needle-like leaves and tiny yellow flowers. Fermented leaves give it a red color. Rich in antioxidants. Each tea is in a 4 oz container that can make between 20-30 cups of tea. 1-2 tsp per 8oz cup boiled water. Add tea to tea infuser, place inside mug, pour 8 oz hot water, steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy. Please read the back of package contents.  Ingredients: Organic red rooibos loose leaf Caffeine free.
