African Honeybush Loose-leaf

A shrub that grows in the Eastern and Western Cape regions of South Africa. Antidiabetic and cancer-fighting properties, as well as improved bone and skin health. Each tea is in a 4 oz container that can make between 20-30 cups of tea. 1-2 tsp per 8oz cup boiled water. Add tea to tea infuser, place inside mug, pour 8 oz hot water, steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
