DETAILS    25% lighter than classic Lodge cast iron cookware.    Made with just iron and oil for a natural cooking surface without PFAS.   SIZE OVERALL: 12" sq., 1 3/4" high.        WEIGHT: 7 lb. 4 oz.     USE Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.Oven and broiler safe.Each time you use grill pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat slowly before adding food.
