Approximate Cuts of Beef***: 30 lbs Ground Beef (Hamburger Patties available as well) 4 Ribeye Steaks 4 T-bone Steaks (or New York Strip & Filet) 4 Sirloin Steaks Grilling Cuts Assortment: Flat Iron/Denver Steak, Coulotte, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Tri-Tip Approximately 4-5 Roasts (Arm, Chuck, Sirloin, and Rump) Brisket, Short Ribs, Osso Bucco/Shank, and/or Stew Meat ***This is an estimation as to what you will receive, you will receive approximately 70 lbs of beef in total.
