This red blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Mondeuse is floral with notes of tart raspberry and a kick of earthiness from the Mondeuse. It's complex on the nose but light and refreshing on the palate. Pair this with meals you'd eat with a Beaujolais or Cali Pinot Noir. Charcuterie boards, roasted chicken, and burgers are all knockout choices. With the light profile and earthy fruit, we also suggest this with a Raclette. All three varieties on their own are excellent pairings for gooey melted Alpine cheeses, so why not all three together?
