Workshop - Atrial Fibrillation

If you have had or have atrial fibrillation you understand the symptoms associated with it - fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, palpitations, and chest pain. The standard treatments for atrial fibrillation may decrease some symptoms but usually lend to many other undesirable symptoms.  Atrial fibrillation like so many chronic diseases that increase with the aging process is suggested to be incurable but given the host of lifestyle factors associated with it, we no doubt have an opportunity to change that outcome. If you have a family history of atrial fibrillation, personal history or are living a lifestyle that promotes atrial fibrillation, it is crucial that steps are taken now to get health accumulation happening in your heart's conduction system.
