Kumihimo With Shaped Beads - 3/21/20

Kumihimo, "gathered threads" is an ancient Japanese braiding  technique traditionally woven with silk cord and employed when making one’s Kimono sash.  In this class we will incorporate shaped beads to make a lovely woven beaded bracelet. Pictured is a sample using Pip beads, but students will have a choice of project samples from which to work. Saturday March 21st, 2020  10:30 am - 1:00 pm $30 + materials
