For short term rentals, the city requires us to mail out a notice on the applicants behalf. The mailing is included in the fee. After the mailing is completed, we will email the city planner Christopher Tracy an attestment which includes copy of the list, radius map and certification of mailing. If the number of names within the 300' radius exceeds 150 addresses, extra fees may apply. You will also be provided a copy of the attestment at the time of completion.
