Sainsbury's Bloater Paste Pot

Ironstone Bloater Paste Pot from by J. Sainsbury in c.1900, England. The crock has a beautiful patina with a soft bright white ironstone with patina of rusty orange staining and crazing.   Approx. 2.8" tall x 2.5" wide  Chip and hairline on side. This piece of pottery is from England and were used during the Victorian Era. They have been excavated and have developed a unique patina from being buried under the dirt for decades.
