Tex-Mex Classics with Chef Heidi Wittenborn, Saturday, June 7th, 11 am to 1:30 pm

You don’t have to go out when you’re jonesing for Tex-Mex! In this fun class, Chef Heidi will teach you how to make great beef enchiladas, refried beans, and Spanish rice as well as tacos and guacamole for the perfect Combo Plate #1. Add an ice-cold Mexican beer and you have a great meal. (All of our classes are BYOB!) Even better, you can make more than you need and freeze it for another round.
