1930s Blue Velvet Gown with Matching Jacket | S

vintage 1930s simple and elegant bias cut gown with deep V back and matching jacket with swing cut and button-accented Deco collar.  jacket lined in cream satin. dress pulls over head no closures, jacket has open front.  label: nonematerial: feels like silk velvet measurements/fit: fits like an xsmall-small, bias cut will drape to suit. dress form is B 34 1/2" W 25 1/2" H 35 1/2" for reference bust: 36" with some cup roomwaist: up to 27"hip: up to 37" for best fitlength: 60" -jacket- shoulders: 15"length: 24" good/very good condition. sturdy, wearable, free of odors or major flaws. general light fading and scattered inconsistencies to velvet pile I would consider standard/expected for this type and age garment. soiling to back of neckline of jacket visible on the cream satin, and underarms. see images. gown also has some wear and discoloration at underarm area. see images.
