
30 Day Olympic lifting technique (Add-on Program)
General overall technique program for beginner to intermediate. This program is designed to be used in conjunction with your current CrossFit programming. This is not strength work, and is not a standalone weightlifting program. This is meant to be about 10-15 minutes of work done before or after your class work. This is not meant to be strength work, but technique work to help you improve your pulls in Olympic lifts. Please watch the youtube videos provided in the program and really focus on technique. You have probably heard that practice makes perfect. That is wrong, practice makes permanent. Don’t instill bad habits. :) Use this time to perfect your technique. There are 4-days worth of work per week, but they do not have to be performed back to back every day. You can perform them back to back OR you can leave a rest day in between. Just make sure you are doing at least 3 sessions per week, and follow the whole program through. Make sure to use your judgement and listen to your b
