This assembly is 100% bolt-on and is finished in stainless steel. We brought the world's first E30 poly rear shifter bushing to the market years ago (which we still sell). That bushing requires you to press in the bushing into your OEM rear carrier assembly ( 25111220556 or 25111220707). This setup replaces that whole assembly and includes a poly or Delrin insert inside! We are talking a 100% bolt up a solution with a lifetime warranty. That means never needing to replace it ever again setup! This rear carrier assembly makes a MASSIVE difference in shifter tightness.
