Wednesday, November 5th, 6pm-8:30pm  Chinese Take Out with Dave- $89 per person  Americanized Chinese Food.  We all love it…  We all order it… But why not make it at home instead? In this class, Dave will show you how to make your favorite take-out dishes at home in the time it takes to place your order and wait for it to be delivered!   You’ll be amazed at how easy these dishes are and how fast they come together! So get the wok you got for Christmas 6 years ago from the back of the downstairs closet and get ready to be the Wok of the Block! This is a hands on class taught in our 2x4 format -– we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one set of recipes.  On the Menu:  Sticky Wings, Smashed Cucumber Salad  Hot and Sour Soup, Scallion Pancakes  Happy Family Stir Fry, Fried Rice  Egg Foo Young, Sesame Noodles
