Sunday, 03/02/2025 10am-11:30am As we inch closer and closer to Spring, we invite you to a special sound bath, acupuncture, and plant medicine event designed to tend the garden of connection. Erin McNeely will guide you through gentle movements to ground the body and cultivate a sense of connection to ourselves and others. As Erin plays a variety of instruments, Vikki Nestico from Grand Wellness will place therapeutic needles on each participant to help tap into the body’s healing potential during the sound bath. Aubrey with Gathered Botanicals will serve multiple herbal remedies to help support our bodies and organs during this season. There will be a time for reflection, journaling, questions, and shopping. Dress cozy and get ready to relax!
