Workshop: 03/22/25 Needle Felted Mushroom Workshop with Firefly Felt Studio

Saturday March 22, 2025 10:30am -12pm  Join us for a fun mushroom needle felting class With Firefly Felt Studio! During this needle felting class, lovely unique mushroom sculptures will be created using specially barbed needles and dyed wool. This is a fun project to create for all levels: those starting out, and those already familiar with the process.  Class instruction will include wool types used, needle safety precautions and proper use, how to create a form using core wool, and adding exterior details with dyed wool. Examples and supplies will be provided and students will be able to complete 1-2 mushrooms by the end of the class session, depending on the size and details. This is a fairly slow- paced sculpting process, so the larger the project the longer it will take to complete.
