Workshop: 09/20/25 Six Herbs for the Cold and Flu Season with A Season of Wellness.

Saturday September 20, 2025 1pm-2:30pm Join herbal educator, Camilla Voelker in discovering all the herbal medicine all around us! Come learn about six plants found in our cupboards and gardens that offer support during the cold and flu season. In this class we will taste different preparations of the plants such as herbal syrups, broths, herbal honeys and infusions, and experience the plant's energetics. We will discuss how to use each plant in your home apothecary (which preparation is best for which conditions), share recipes and more!
