amfiSure qGreen 1-Step RT-qPCR Master Mix, No Rox

amfiSure qGreen 1-Step RT-qPCR Master Mix is a optimized reagent for one-step real-Time qPCR using qGreen. The enzyme mix includes amfiXpand Fast Taq DNA Polymerase, amfiRivert II Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitor and stabilizer. The buffer mix includes dNTPs, MgCl2, and enhancing additives in an optimized buffer, so a reaction can be started simply by adding the template sample and primers for detecting the desired target. The quick and simple protocol allows the reverse transcription and qPCR reactions to be performed in the same tube.  The reverse transcription reaction uses the novel amfiRiert II Reverse Transcriptase, which displays increased heat tolerance (up to 55o) while maintaining the  specificity and extensibility of amfiRivert Transcriptase. This allows cDNA synthesis from RNA with a more complex secondary structure.
