Bluddha Bowie Snail

This is my largest Bowie Snail yet! The shell is a terahertz Buddha head that broke off a larger statue. You know me, always using broken stuff to make something new, whole, and beautiful! Totally not a metaphor for my life... nooooooo... Anyway, he also has 2 absolutely beautiful, gem quality aquamarine crystal specimens in the curl of his tail, and 5 aquamarine nuggets around him in the "slime" (resin). With silver accents, and a blue glow at night, this little guy is sure to bring peace and happiness to your home... or at least the shelf he sits on!  Terahertz is a man-made glass, but it has some crazy properties! I'm having a hard time finding good information on it, but I do know if you hold a piece to an ice cube it'll melt it. Super interesting material! This Bowie Snail measures just over 3" wide, and 2" tall, making it larger than my other ones by a good inch!
