The poster features images of both a man and woman with brief blurbs explaining how they transitioned from civilian life as a housewife and salesman to help the country by working for the Puget Sound Navy Yard. Also featured is a larger image of a US Navy ship firing her guns bracketed by text that reads “MEN and WOMEN WORKERS NEEDED” and “KEEP THE SHIPS FIGHTING!”. The Puget Sound Navy Yard, located at Bremerton in Washington State near Seattle, was established in 1891 and during WWII functioned as the primary facility for repairing battle damage to ships of the U.S. fleet and allied fleets.  The lower margin indicates this poster was authorized by the United States Civil Service Commission.
