[6331] Leather spine with blue marbled boards, black leather strip pasted over backstrip, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches, 40 pp., historical society stamp and markings on the tp, clear tape over the end paper hinges. An historical address which begins with Governor Winthrop in 1632, treats with the Indians, Puritan settlers, the preaching of Eliot, the "praying Indians," King Philip's War, the French & Indian War, the Revolutionary War, and the different churches which existed in the Grafton area during those periods.
