Manual Optical Receiver for Fiber Optic or Remote Triggering DS Strobes with Pre-Flash Learning Mode

Trigger your Ikelite DS-series strobe off any camera or strobe flash. The Optical Converter simply attaches to the strobe's electrical bulkhead in place of a sync cord connector. The Optical Receiver with Pre-Flash Learning supports manual exposure modes as set on the attached DS strobe. TTL exposure mode is not supported. Camera Compatibility  This product is intended for use when triggering a strobe by a camera's built-in flash. This is the correct sensor for most compact digital cameras from Canon and Sony including (but not limited to) the Canon G7X-series and the Sony RX100-series cameras.  This Receiver may provide intermittent operation when triggering via a non-pre-flash camera or an LED trigger.
