Venezia - Rusty Bison Bison/BB/Door Hinge

The Venezia is a lovely size for serious writers, artists, musicians, or those who just need plenty of room to express themselves. This 7.5”x10” journal contains 100 pages of eco-friendly, acid-free bamboo paper. It’s our most versatile, and is ideal for light watercolor, and for writing or sketching with any type of pen, pencil, or charcoal. (Note: this is definitely the best paper for use with micro-tips or fountain pens.) This book features an elegant Victorian era door hinge closure. To open, simply pull the pin out of the top of the hinge, and the top and bottom leather flaps can then pull away from one another. It is an authentic, repurposed antique hinge, dating back to the 1880’s-1890’s. It is attached with hand-hammered copper rivets.
