Psagot is located in the hills of Binyamin overlooking Jerusalem. Founded by the Burg family after they were inspired by an ancient coin found in a cave on their property next to an old wine press. The winery is a continuation of wine production dating back thousands of years in the area. The Edom, named after the mountain range to the east of the winery, is a Bordeaux blend created to bring the richness and full flavor the soil has to offer.
