5 1/2" Gilded Hand Painted Miniature Desk Frame with Antique Victorian c1890 Picture Cutout

Beatiful little antique desktop frame that could be hung on the wall. Gilded with hand painted blue border with floral design. Features a c1890 cut out card of the famous portrait of Madame Vigee Lebrun and her daughter Jeanne Lucie Louise. The card was printed by Roberto Hoesch Milano. I make the assumption the frame is from the same period. The frame is a shadow box two part style with the round wood area being an insert. It appears to have its original glass, but I cannot say with 100% certainty.
