Antique Florentine Portrait Miniature Unknown Sitter Porcelain Plaque Hand Carved Gilded Frame

c19th century hand painted portrait miniature with an unknown female sitter. The porcelain plaque is unmarked and unsigned and is mounted in an antique floretine style hand carved gilded frame. The plaque is unfortunately glued into the frame thus damaged and I am unsure if the glue can be removed without damage to the porcelain piece. The plaque is in air antique condition measuring approximately 2 1/2" high and about 2" wide. The frame is damaged and measurs about 6" high.
