In order to fit a K24A series engine in the Miata, a custom subframe is needed to provide adequate engine, oil pan, and exhaust clearance.   Our subframe retains factory steering geometry, unlike many Miata engine swaps in the past. This key feature keeps that legendary Miata steering feel once your K swap is installed. Our steel subframe and mounts are laser cut, welded, and powder-coated to provide extraordinary strength, rigidity, durability, corrosion resistance, and a lighter weight over the OEM subframe and mounts. Our version 2 engine mount brackets are now machined in-house out of 6061 billet aluminum and then anodize hard coated black for durability.
