In order to fit a K24A series engine in the Miata, a custom subframe is needed to provide adequate engine, oil pan, and exhaust clearance.   This right-hand drive subframe retains factory steering geometry, unlike many Miata engine swaps in the past. This key feature keeps that legendary Miata steering feel once your K swap is installed. Our steel subframe and mounts are laser-cut, welded, and powder-coated to provide extraordinary strength, rigidity, durability, corrosion resistance, and a lighter weight over the OEM subframe and mounts.
