If reverb-drenched, beer-soaked music is your idea of a good time, it’s time to "Git Up & Go”!  The Untamed Youth is a legendary American garage/surf band from Columbia, Missouri. The group formed in 1987 when all the members were in high school. The group's lead singer and guitarist Deke Dickerson has had a long career in music through his groups The Whippersnappers, The Ecco-Fonics, The Dave and Deke Combo, and The Go-Nuts. Other members include Steve "King of Men" Mace, Steve "Sammy" Rager, and Chris Sprague AKA "Gringo Starr" AKA "Sugarballs" from Los Straitjackets & Nick Lowe.
