Crushed Denim-Blue Dumortierite Sand from Mozambique, Medium Sand (0.25mm-2mm)

Dumortierite is often confused with denim lapis lazuli; however, it is a distinct aluminum-rich mineral that only occurs at high temperatures within the Earth's crust. This particular dumortierite is from Mozambique and is considered to be grade A material with GREAT color. This crushed material is extremely clean and has a rich denim-blue color when wet.  Our medium material is considered to be sand sized (very coarse sand to fine sand), ranging between 2 millimeters to 0.25 millimeters.
