Various: pre-war: "Distinguished Liners from 'The Shipbuilder' 1907-1914 Volume 2", edited by Mark Warren, published in 1997, hardbound with original dust jacket, 310 pages.   Warren has complied articles on forty-eight ships printed in the journal from 1907 to 1914.  Hundreds upon hundreds of crisp original photography of the ships, machinery, and interiors.  Fold-out sections and plans for FRANCONIA, BERGENSFJORD, ALSATIAN, AQUITANIA, IMPERATOR, CAP TRAFALGAR, and more. Pages of period advertising also.   I once commented to Mark about the luxuriously tight binding on the book. He explained that he and partner Michael hand-bound each book to create the custom fit, a labor of love that took many hours.. Sadly, Mark passed away in September 2024 at age 70. Excellent condition.
