This is a decadent single layer olive oil flourless chocolate cake (almond flour based) , topped with brandy spiked French chocolate buttercream and a swirl of raspberry cardamom jam. ALLERGY NOTE: While this cake is gluten free, it is prepared in a kitchen with gluten flours and we cannot prevent air contamination despite best practices for food prep and storage; it may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies. This cake contains NUTS. Easter Pre-Order Pick-Ups will take place on Saturday, April 19 from 9am to 4pm.
