TG Pre-Order: (GF) Flourless Olive Oil Chocolate Cake with Raspberries

Happy Thanksgiving!  11/28 Pick-up will take place in Fairmount at 2623 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia PA 19130., from 9 to 10am on Thursday November 28. This is a decadent single layer olive oil flourless chocolate cake (almond flour based) , topped with brandy spiked French chocolate buttercream and a swirl of raspberry cardamom jam. ALLERGY NOTE: While this cake is gluten free, it is prepared in a kitchen with gluten flours and we cannot prevent air contamination despite best practices for food prep and storage; it may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies. This cake contains NUTS.
