This is a new aluminum "granule" we are carrying to replace some of the other sizes that we've carried before. These granules can be as small as 2 mm (or smaller if you really hunt) or as large as 7 mm in length. The average size is about 2mm x 3mm. The particle shape is 90% angular. They can be used as a filler in resin castings and molds as an exotherm mitigation additive. Exotherm is heat which comes from thermoset liquid resins like epoxy or unsaturated polyester when the curing agent is added to the resin (Part "A" with Part "B")....(see more)
