Description Details Directions White Labs Burlington ale yeast (WLP095) is the signature strain for a brewery in the Northeastern US and is ideal for creating New England-style IPA's. This strain produces a full body and fruity flavor that blends well with hop characteristics while balancing bitterness. It produces more esters than the California ale yeast (WLP001) and produces more diacetyl which can be reduced through an increased temperature at the end of fermentation.
