The Guillemot family has worked Savigny-lès-Beaune vines for eight generations, consistently producing wines with classic Burgundian finesse and balance while leaving us a reminder of Savigny’s rustic character.  This is Guillemot's only 100% Chardonnay wine, which is a recent addition to their lineup as their flagship white also has a percentage Pinot Blanc. It is a classic Bourgogne Blanc, from fruit grown on an elevated plot in the northern Cotes de Beaune. Lively energy and some subtle richness (and a great price) make this a perfect white Burgundy for any occasion.
