Ravines Pinot Noir, Finger Lakes, New York 2022

Ravines Winery started in 2000, and now owns three vineyards around Seneca and Keuka lakes in the Finger Lakes AVA of upstate New York. All of their vineyards are hand-managed, herbicide-free, and certified sustainable by Cornell University. An extremely dry summer led to one of the best vintages ever for New York in 2022, so the Pinot Noir was fully ripe and developed excellent flavor.
