Ravines Sparkling Riesling, Finger Lakes, New York 2019

Ravines Winery started in 2000, and now owns three vineyards around Seneca and Keuka lakes in the Finger Lakes AVA of upstate New York. All of their vineyards are hand-managed, herbicide-free, and certified sustainable by Cornell University.
