Gary’s QuickSteak 100% Sirloin Beef can be used in Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, stir-fry, tacos, salads and more. It can be cooked from frozen (no thawing required), contains 23 grams of protein, has no preservatives and comes with a sample packet of our famous Wow! Seasoning. Ready to eat in minutes. Simply sizzle, flip and savor! Cooking Instructions: Pull Gary’s QuickSteak from the freezer (cooks directly from frozen). Preheat skillet or pan medium/high. Place Gary’s QuickSteak frozen portion(s) in the pan/skillet. Add Wow! Seasoning (optional, but recommended). After 30 seconds, flip Gary’s QuickSteak with spatula to the other side. As steak begins to brown, separate slices with spatula. Cook until the product has reached internal temp of 165°F (be careful not to overcook). Net weight: 36 oz.
