This butterfly tie-tuck pin brooch is embroidered with French sequins, Swarovski crystals, and glass beads using haute couture embroidery techniques. French sequins with tortoiseshell-like patterns are used for the butterfly's front wings, and gold soleil (sun in French) for the back wings.
