The Steeplechase Pie is our version of a KY Derby style pie? Which is a pecan pie, with Ghirardelli Chocolate chips, & Bourbon!!! Where did "Steeplechase" come from? Here in Nashville, TN we have an annual horse race every May called the Iroquois Steeplechase. Pie ingredients: Sugar, Gluten free dough: (Sweet Rice Flour, Garbanzo Bean Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Fava Bean Flour), light corn syrup, egg whites, pecans, 60% Cacao Ghirardelli® Chocolate Chips, KY Bourbon, unsalted butter, vanilla, cornstarch, vegetable shortening, salt.
