The Steeplechase Pie is our version of a KY Derby style pie? Which is a pecan pie, with Ghirardelli Chocolate chips, & Bourbon!!! Where did "Steeplechase" come from? Here in Nashville, TN we have an annual horse race every May called the Iroquois Steeplechase. Pie ingredients: Sugar, unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), light corn syrup, egg whites, pecans, 60% Cacao Ghirardelli® Chocolate Chips, KY Bourbon, unsalted butter, vanilla, cornstarch, vegetable shortening, salt. [This Product is made in a facility that processes: cinnamon, eggs, dairy, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, & wheat.]
