Stefan Vetter is arguably the most exciting white wine producer in Germany today. His sylvaners are simultaneously elegant and bracingly tart. They pack a mind-bending level of texture and nuance into a lithe, airy frame. The 'Himmelslücke' has subtle floral notes and less subtle citrus ones, all layered over deep, salty minerality. An absolutely delicious white wine.
