Grass-fed/finished Pasture-Raised Beef Tallow

We're finally making small-batch beef tallow using our 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised beef fat from our herds. Our tallow comes in an 8oz jar. Tallow is the fat rendered down from a ruminant animal (cattle, bison, lamb) - just like "Lard" is rendered down fat from pigs and boars. We love using tallow because: it's got a high smoke point adds incredible flavor to your meals a great alternative to seed oils amazing for skin care (alternative to lotion)
