Uncured Frankfurter

This all-natural, uncured German-style frankfurter is made from finely ground pork flavored with salt, white pepper, and nutmeg. Stuffed into a 24-26mm natural casing, then gently smoked and cooked. A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional hot dogs! Can be boiled, pan-fried, roasted, or grilled. (5) links are approximately 0.85 lb. All natural. No nitrites or nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in celery powder). No preservatives. Keep below 40°F at all times.
