Sourdough Cinnamon Raisin

Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Loaf rustic/unsliced/only slightly sweet Thunderbird's naturally leavened sourdough laced with a touch of cinnamon sugar, and studded with plump golden raisins. Makes an elite french toast. It's also super delicious if you just just rip chunks off and eat it in the car, from what some folks tell me. Ingredients: bread flour, whole wheat flour, golden raisins, cinnamon, sugar, salt Thunderbird Bakery
