É Grino! Vino Rosso NV is a natural red wine produced by Poderi Cellario in the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy. Crafted from 100% Grignolino grapes, the fruit is organically farmed on marl-rich soils and harvested by hand. The winemaking process involves a 5–10 day maceration on the skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 6–12 months in cement or fiberglass vats. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulfites, É Grino! reflects the Cellario family's commitment to low-intervention winemaking practices.
